📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
• Develop and implement housekeeping schedules and procedures to optimize productivity.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff to maintain high levels of cleanliness and service.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and order replacements as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in housekeeping supervision or a related field.
• Proven track record of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Certification in housekeeping or hospitality management is a plus.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
