• Provide personalized and attentive service to guests, ensuring their every need is met with discretion and elegance.
• Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the villa, including scheduling and overseeing housekeeping, dining, and event planning.
• Assist with the preparation and serving of high-quality meals, using premium ingredients and culinary techniques.
• Ensure the villa is immaculate at all times, overseeing cleaning schedules and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all guests.
• Maintain a detailed record of all activities and guest interactions for future reference and improvement.
• Assist with special events and celebrations, coordinating with vendors and ensuring all details are perfect.
• Act as a point of contact for guests, providing information and assistance as needed.
