As a Data Center Network Engineer at Capgemini, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our data center networks, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. You will work closely with our global team to troubleshoot and resolve network issues, and implement new network solutions to meet our clients' evolving needs.

- Design, implement, and maintain data center network infrastructure using Cisco, Juniper, and other leading network technologies.
- Ensure the high availability, security, and performance of our data center networks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, and implement new network solutions to meet our clients' evolving needs.
- Collaborate with our global team to ensure seamless network operations and support our clients' critical business operations.
- Monitor network performance and proactively identify and address potential issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies and industry best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to our clients and internal teams.
- Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 network availability.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in data center network engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, and other leading network technologies.
- Certifications such as CCNP, JNCIE, or equivalent are a plus.
- Strong understanding of network protocols, security, and performance optimization.
- Experience with network automation tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and troubleshooting complex network issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team.
