You will work closely with our drivers and warehouse team to coordinate deliveries, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage daily delivery schedules and routes using our in-house logistics software, RouteMaster Pro.
• Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, and Sanur.
• Assist drivers with loading and unloading deliveries, and ensure all items are transported safely.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking numbers, customer information, and delivery status.
• Work with the warehouse team to manage inventory levels and restock delivery vehicles as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with customers and drivers.
• Monitor and report any issues or delays in the delivery process to the logistics manager.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of our delivery operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics, delivery, or a related field.
• Proficient in using RouteMaster Pro or similar logistics software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for local deliveries.
• Familiarity with the Bali region and local traffic conditions is a plus.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 30 kg.
• Passionate about customer service and committed to delivering exceptional results.
