📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor network performance using tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, and Nagios
• Identify and resolve network issues promptly to minimize downtime
• Ensure the security of our network infrastructure by implementing and maintaining firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and other security measures
• Work with the IT team to implement and maintain network solutions that meet our business needs
• Provide technical support to end-users and other departments as needed
• Conduct regular network audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest network technologies and trends to ensure our network remains secure and efficient
• Document all network activities and maintain accurate records for future reference

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in network operations and troubleshooting
• Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or CISSP are a plus
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
• Experience with network monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, and Nagios
• Familiarity with network security concepts and best practices
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
