In this role, you'll be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee and beverage specialties, as well as managing the front-of-house operations. You'll work closely with our team to deliver exceptional service, ensuring that our guests feel welcomed and valued. With a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our café's reputation for excellence.

• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage specialties, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and other coffee-based drinks.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewing systems.
• Manage front-of-house operations, including seating guests, taking orders, and ensuring a smooth flow of service.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and warmth.
• Assist in cleaning and maintaining the café, ensuring a clean and inviting environment for guests.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure high standards of service and quality.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new coffee preparation techniques to continuously improve the quality of our offerings.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and contribute to the growth of our team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a barista or café role, preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Proven ability to prepare and serve a variety of coffee and beverage specialties with high quality and consistency.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally and warmly with guests.
• Familiarity with coffee equipment and brewing techniques, including espresso machines, grinders, and brewing systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage safety and sanitation practices.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for creating memorable customer experiences.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and trends in the coffee industry.
