📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the identification, negotiation, and acquisition of land and development sites.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sites for development.,Coordinate with legal and financial teams to ensure smooth acquisition processes.,Develop and maintain relationships with landowners, developers, and other stakeholders.,Prepare and present acquisition reports and proposals to senior management.,Monitor and report on the progress of acquisition activities.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site acquisition or a similar role in the real estate industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian real estate laws and regulations.,Excellent negotiation and communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with GIS and other mapping tools is a plus.
