📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Conduct job analyses to understand the needs of our organization.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet our company's standards.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide the best candidates.,Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and recruitment agencies.,Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to ensure we are meeting our goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar role.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
