📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the cost management of building and construction projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project cost estimates, including material and labor costs.
  • Monitor and control project costs, identifying and addressing any cost overruns or underutilization of resources.
  • Conduct regular cost reviews and provide reports to project managers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and best practices in the building and construction industry.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior quantity surveyors and project team members.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other project stakeholders to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in quantity surveying.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project quantity surveying, with a proven track record in managing building and construction projects.
  • Strong knowledge of cost estimation, cost control, and cost management principles.
  • Proficiency in using project management software and cost estimation tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in English is required; local language proficiency is a plus.
  • Valid work permit and visa for Bali, Indonesia.
