📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring.

Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.

Administer medications as prescribed by physicians.

Document patient care activities accurately and promptly.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Participate in staff meetings and continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Assist in the supervision of junior staff.

Promote a safe and compassionate patient environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.

Proficiency in Indonesian language.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

Valid nursing license and certification.

Experience in a similar role is preferred.

Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems.
