📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and serving.,Ensure the quality and safety of all food products.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement food recipes and menus.,Train and supervise junior kitchen staff.,Monitor food inventory and ordering.,Handle customer complaints and feedback related to food quality.,Participate in kitchen maintenance and equipment upkeep.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Proven track record of managing kitchen operations.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,High school diploma or equivalent.
