This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our sales processes, from initial inquiries to final contract execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales administration, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the mining and mineral industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to contract execution.,Manage and coordinate with sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing.,Maintain and update sales records and databases to ensure data accuracy and integrity.,Assist in the preparation of sales reports and presentations for management.,Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and satisfactory resolutions.,Monitor sales targets and performance, providing regular feedback and support to the sales team.,Stay updated with industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales administration or a similar role in the mining or mineral industry.,Proven track record of managing and coordinating sales processes.,Strong knowledge of sales and administrative software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the mining and mineral industry is a plus.
