📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Source and screen potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate selection.,Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends to ensure a competitive recruitment approach.,Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.,Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the mining or related industries.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.,Understanding of local labor laws and regulations is a plus.
