📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and commission solar panel systems according to industry standards and client specifications.
• Maintain and repair solar panel systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Conduct regular inspections and diagnostics to identify and resolve issues with solar panel systems.
• Collaborate with project teams to plan and execute solar panel installations and maintenance activities.
• Document all installation, maintenance, and repair activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Provide technical support and training to clients and end-users on the operation and maintenance of solar panel systems.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in solar technology and industry best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in solar panel installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Proficiency in using solar panel installation and maintenance tools, such as crimping tools, wire strippers, and multimeters.
• Familiarity with solar panel system design software, such as PV*SOL or PVsyst.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards relevant to solar panel installations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
