CV Pratama Nusantara is looking for a talented Learning Development professional to join our team in Nusa Dua, Bali. This is an urgent position, and we are seeking someone who can hit the ground running to help us enhance our learning and development programs.

As a Learning Development specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning initiatives that support the growth and development of our employees. You will work closely with various departments to understand their learning needs and develop tailored solutions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Design and develop learning programs that align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Identify and analyze learning needs within the organization.
  • Create and deliver training materials, including e-learning, workshops, and classroom training.
  • Facilitate and conduct training sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure learning initiatives are well-received and impactful.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with e-learning development tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
