📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production team to ensure efficient and effective operations.,Monitor production schedules and ensure deadlines are met.,Conduct quality checks to maintain high standards in production.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow.,Implement and monitor production standards and procedures.,Train and develop the production team to enhance skills and performance.,Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing production teams and processes.,Strong understanding of production standards and quality control.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with production software and tools is a plus.,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
