📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all procurement activities to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality standards are met.,Analyze procurement data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Coordinate with other departments to understand their needs and ensure procurement activities align with business objectives.,Monitor market trends and industry developments to identify new opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.,Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a strong background in managing supplier relationships.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including tendering, negotiation, and contract management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
