📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the pharmacy, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission.,Manage the payroll process, including employee deductions and tax withholdings.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to the management team.,Monitor and control the financial performance of the organization.,Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software, such as QuickBooks or SAP.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
