TRACE Abadi is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Junior Warehouse Manager to join our team in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring the efficient and safe storage and distribution of goods. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in warehouse management looking to kickstart their career in a growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, receiving, storing, and shipping of goods.,Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth logistics operations.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Monitor inventory levels and implement reordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels.,Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Train and mentor junior staff to develop their skills and knowledge in warehouse management.,Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all warehouse activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and software, such as SAP, WMS, or similar.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices in the warehouse environment.,Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a forklift or other warehouse equipment.
