• Coordinate with Japanese partners to develop and produce high-quality card games.
• Work with translators and localization experts to ensure accurate and culturally relevant translations.
• Manage the development process from concept to final product, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our card games in both Japanese and Indonesian markets.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the card game industry.
• Oversee the production of physical and digital card games, including printing, packaging, and distribution.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure a smooth production process.
• Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to drive innovation and creativity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent in both Japanese and Indonesian languages.
• Proven experience in localization and international product development, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.
• Strong project management skills with experience in coordinating teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of card game design and production processes.
• Experience with localization tools such as SDL Trados, MemoQ, or similar.
• Understanding of cultural nuances and adaptation strategies for international markets.
