As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a hybrid role, offering a flexible work environment that combines the best of in-store and remote work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and sales targets.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations and standards.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their performance and customer service skills.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Manage customer relations, addressing complaints and ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Coordinate with the headquarters for inventory replenishment and promotional activities.,Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the company.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of hybrid work models and experience in remote collaboration.
