📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the sales counter, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for customers.,Achieve monthly sales targets by effectively promoting and selling products.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business.,Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent performance and team goals.,Stay up-to-date with market trends and product knowledge to provide informed advice to customers.,Assist in inventory management and restocking to ensure a well-stocked sales counter.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Familiarity with sales software and tools.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of local market and customer preferences.,Ability to work both in the office and remotely (hybrid model).
