The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Greeting guests and ensuring a warm welcome.
  • Managing guest check-ins and check-outs.
  • Handling inquiries and providing information about the property.
  • Assisting with reservations and room assignments.
  • Maintaining the front desk area and ensuring it is clean and organized.
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Providing excellent customer service to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Assisting with event coordination and guest requests.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Familiarity with hotel or hospitality software is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work both in the office and remotely (hybrid role).
