📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with a warm and friendly welcome.,Check guests in and out, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and promptly.,Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures, including room assignments and key distribution.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues to the best of your ability.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including filing and record-keeping.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences and timely service delivery.,Assist with reservations, including confirming bookings and handling cancellations or changes.,Promote our hotel's amenities, services, and special offers to guests during their stay.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a front office or hospitality role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Proficiency in using computer software and basic office tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Customer service-oriented mindset and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
