Field Sales & Marketing Executive - Automotive Products (Bekasi Branch)

Join BFI Finance Indonesia as a Field Sales & Marketing Executive and drive growth for our premium automotive products in Bali’s dynamic market. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, build relationships, and expand our brand presence in areas like Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung. As part of our Bekasi Branch, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales and marketing efforts, leveraging your expertise to achieve our targets.

In this role, you’ll spend your days visiting dealerships, attending industry events, and networking with key stakeholders. You’ll use tools like Salesforce and HubSpot to track your progress and collaborate with our marketing team to create impactful campaigns. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in field sales and marketing, you’ll bring a deep understanding of the automotive industry to our team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
• Organize and participate in industry events and trade shows.
• Create and distribute promotional materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital ads.
• Monitor and report on sales performance using Salesforce and other CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns.
• Provide regular updates and insights to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales and marketing, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
