📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the daily operations of the F&B department, including food preparation, service, and inventory management.,Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.,Support the F&B manager in training and developing staff to maintain high service quality.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.,Assist in the ordering and receiving of food and beverage supplies.,Participate in shift meetings and contribute to the development of operational procedures.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to F&B operations.,Support the F&B manager in maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards is essential.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with basic inventory management and record-keeping.,Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from the F&B manager.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
