As a Credit Marketing Officer (Sharia), you will be at the forefront of our marketing efforts, crafting and executing strategies to attract and retain customers who value Sharia-compliant products. You will work closely with our branch team to ensure our financial solutions meet the diverse needs of our community, while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and compliance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Sharia-compliant financial products and services in the Bone branch.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends in the local community.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to drive sales and loyalty.
• Collaborate with the branch team to ensure our financial solutions align with customer needs and Sharia principles.
• Monitor and report on marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in Sharia-compliant finance.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Represent BFI Finance Indonesia at community events and networking opportunities to strengthen our brand presence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in credit marketing, sales, or a related field, with a focus on Sharia-compliant finance.
• Strong understanding of Sharia principles and financial products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in both Indonesian and English is a requirement.
