📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and assess potential clients' insurance needs through banking partnerships.
• Present and explain AIA's life insurance products to clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
• Process client applications, including gathering necessary documentation and submitting claims.
• Provide ongoing customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and policy information.
• Collaborate with the bancassurance team and other departments to ensure smooth operation of the bancassurance program.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product updates to provide the best advice to clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the bancassurance program.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and banking partners.
• Knowledge of life insurance products and the ability to explain them clearly to clients.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
