Stripe is looking for a Staff Product Manager to join our Payments team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the vision and execution of our payments products, ensuring they meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Define the product vision and strategy for Stripe's payments products, working closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to bring that vision to life.,Lead the product development process, from ideation to launch, ensuring that products are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer needs.,Conduct market research and customer interviews to inform product decisions and identify opportunities for innovation.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business goals.,Monitor product performance and iterate based on data and customer feedback to continuously improve products.,Advocate for customers and drive adoption of Stripe's payments products through effective communication and engagement.,Mentor and develop junior product managers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

8+ years of experience in product management, with a strong track record of delivering successful products.,Deep understanding of payments industry, including payment methods, fraud prevention, and compliance.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment, with a focus on iteration and continuous improvement.,Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in a global or remote team environment is a plus.
