Allied Search Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Home Care team in Bali, Indonesia. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring their well-being and comfort. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.,Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to develop and implement personalized care plans.,Educate patients and their families on their health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care strategies.,Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes.,Monitor and report any changes in patients' health status to the appropriate healthcare providers.,Ensure patient safety and comfort by maintaining a clean and organized living environment.,Stay up-to-date with the latest nursing practices and technologies to provide the best possible care.,Work as part of a multidisciplinary team, including doctors, therapists, and support staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Valid nursing license and certification in the relevant country.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in home care or a similar healthcare setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients and their families.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with basic first aid and emergency response procedures.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Willingness to travel and work in different locations within Bali.
