Sumber Intan Kitchen is looking for a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we provide exceptional service and culinary experiences to our customers. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage our restaurant from anywhere while maintaining strong communication with our team and ensuring smooth operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.,Ensure that all food and beverage items are prepared and served according to high standards of quality and presentation.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment for both staff and customers.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Train and develop staff to ensure they are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent service.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as local and national laws.,Manage budgets and financial performance to ensure profitability and sustainability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the foodservice industry.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and vendors.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations, as well as relevant industry standards.,Experience with inventory management, budgeting, and financial analysis.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
