📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls and emails to the appropriate department.,Schedule and manage appointments for our team.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of visitor information.,Handle and manage mail and packages.,Assist with office administrative tasks as needed.,Ensure the reception area is clean and well-maintained.,Provide excellent customer service and support to all visitors and clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.,Good organizational and multitasking skills.,Professional and polite demeanor.
