Oversee and manage teams, ensuring high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement team training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Coordinate and supervise daily operations to meet company goals and objectives.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and communication.,Maintain a positive and productive work environment for the team.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Lead and mentor junior team members to help them grow and develop their careers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Proven track record of successfully leading and managing teams.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.,Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is required.
