Manage a team of pharmacist assistants, ensuring high-quality pharmaceutical services.Develop and implement pharmaceutical protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.Oversee the preparation and dispensing of medications, ensuring accuracy and safety.Provide guidance and support to junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.Monitor inventory levels and order new medications as needed.Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure that patients receive the appropriate medications and treatments.Ensure that all pharmaceutical activities are conducted in accordance with legal and ethical standards.Participate in continuous professional development and training to stay up-to-date with the latest pharmaceutical trends and technologies.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
