In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the procurement process, including supplier management, negotiation, and procurement documentation. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Maintain and update procurement records and documents.,Support the procurement team in preparing and analyzing procurement reports.,Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies.,Conduct research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and market trends.,Collaborate with internal departments to ensure procurement activities align with organizational goals.,Attend and participate in procurement-related meetings and events.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the procurement manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
