📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and values.,Recruit, interview, and hire talented employees to join our team.,Manage employee performance, conduct regular evaluations, and provide feedback.,Oversee employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with company policies.,Collaborate with department heads to understand business needs and support their teams.,Lead and mentor HR staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.,Strong knowledge of labor laws, regulations, and best practices in HR.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Experience in managing employee benefits and payroll is a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is required.
