📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and manage the entire shipment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date shipment documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
• Assist in the preparation of shipping schedules and ensure that all shipments are dispatched according to the agreed timelines.
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure they are on schedule and in compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Assist in the resolution of any issues or disputes that may arise during the shipment process.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure that all shipments are handled in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to clients and ensure that their needs are met throughout the shipment process.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and freight forwarding.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics coordination, or a related field.
• Proficient in using logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Familiarity with shipping documentation and international trade regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
