Express Cloud Indonesia is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet of vehicles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and fleet management, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are maintained and serviced according to schedule, and that drivers are properly trained and supervised.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and serviced according to schedule.
  • Oversee the training and supervision of drivers, ensuring they adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor fuel usage and expenses, and ensure that all vehicles are properly documented and insured.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers for routine maintenance and repairs.
  • Track and report on fleet performance, including vehicle utilization, maintenance costs, and driver performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Handle any fleet-related emergencies or incidents, and coordinate with relevant authorities as needed.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient fleet operations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Fluency in English and local language (Bahasa Indonesia).
