📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement public health policies and programs to improve the health and well-being of the population.
• Oversee the coordination and management of health services, including hospitals, clinics, and community health centers.
• Lead and mentor a team of health professionals to ensure effective delivery of health services.
• Conduct health assessments and surveys to identify health needs and trends.
• Advocate for health equity and ensure access to quality healthcare for all residents.
• Collaborate with government agencies, non-profit organizations, and community leaders to create comprehensive health solutions.
• Manage and allocate resources to support health initiatives and programs.
• Represent the Banka Belitung Provincial Health Office at local, regional, and national health conferences and forums.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Medicine, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in public health, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing public health programs and policies.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using health information systems and data analysis tools such as Epi Info and SPSS.
• Certification in public health management or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with Indonesian public health regulations and policies.
