📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing the telesales team by providing guidance and support.,Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through effective communication and negotiation skills.,Maintain and update customer records and sales data accurately.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Conduct customer follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and retention.,Assist in training new sales staff and maintaining high sales standards.,Collaborate with marketing and other departments to achieve sales targets.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in telesales or a related field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using sales software and CRM tools.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
