Nusantara Real Estate is seeking a dedicated Deputy HR Officer to join our team in Yogyakarta. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR team in managing employee relations, recruitment, and administrative tasks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, managing job postings, and screening candidates.,Support the HR team in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with company policies.,Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation and training.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including addressing grievances and resolving conflicts.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in managing payroll and benefits administration.,Assist in the planning and execution of HR-related projects and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR team, including managing HR documentation and maintaining HR systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and systems.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Strong organizational and time-management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
